day rehab program

• Day Rehab Program at North West Private Hospital, St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbaane, and Greenslopes Private Hospital
• Generally twice a week
• 2-3 hours per session
• approximately 5-6 weeks 
• Multidisciplinary inputs including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Psychology as required
• In most instances the health fund will cover the cost of the program. Prior to the commencement of the program, a health fund check is done to make sure there is no excess or co-payment and if there is, this will be discussed with you before proceeding

pain management program

• The EMPOWER Pain Rehabilitation Program is available at North West Private Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital 
• Multidisciplinary Pain Management Program is also available at St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane.
• These programs run in certain times of the year and is done in group sessions. 
• The program promotes a functional approach to the management of persistent pain

outpatient care

• Face-to-face consultation in the specialist clinic
• Telehealth consultation is also available

Inpatient care

• Personalised Rehabilitation Program for faster recovery time after injury or operation, managing pain to maximise functional gains
• Continuous Ketamine Subcutaneous Infusion
• Continuous Lignocaine Subcutaneous Infusion
• Opioid reduction and opioid rotation
• Coordinated return to home plan with initiation of services, day therapy, or community based therapies to ensure ongoing recovery after discharge from hospital

• Prognostic nerve blocks
• Pulsed Radiofrequency Neuromodulation for ankle and foot pain, pelvic pain, Anterior Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment Syndrome, Meralgia Paraesthetica, Genitofemoral / Iliohypogastric / Ilioinguinal / Dorsal Scapular / Rhomboid Intercostal / Pectoral / Cluneal / Occipital / Craniofacial nerve related pain, chronic daily headaches, and persistent shoulder pain 
• Thermal Radiofrequency Neurotomies to Articular Branches of Femoral, Obturator, Accessory Obturator Nerve and Genicular Nerves for persistent hip and knee pain​

• Botox or Dysport injections for head, neck and upper thoracic back pain, Piriformis Syndrome
